“I was served by MELISSA who was so helpful and friendly. She went out of her way to help me pick the right shoes for my husband for work and didn’t rush me either so thank you to Melissa for your kindness and help, 5 stars for you! The lady who served me at the till once I picked the right shoes didn’t give off a friendly vibe, no smile, had a face on like she’s forced to work, so customer service is something they need to work on for the other staff working there and I can see this is mentioned in other people’s reviews for JD Rochdale.”

“The only reason why I am giving this review is the outstanding service from a young man called Jamie, the lifts was not working and I had taken my disabled brother to the store, this man took the time to chat with my brother whilst I went upstairs to choose clothes for him, Jamie was kind polite and caring which really made a difference, an outstanding member of the team and I wish there was more ppl like him.”

“Uodated review - Been a cuatomer here for a while, i had chosen 3 stars in the past due to slow service BUT ive seen upped this to 4 due to there timely skills in getting my tablet sorted and replaced when it appeared a fault had arisen - communication was spot on and my issues was solved pretty swiftly.”

“My Best Man, Chief Usher and I got suited n booted, at Denis Hope's, for my upcoming wedding . The price of the suits for hire is very reasonable. The fitting for the suits was very thorough. The quality and available range of the suits was superb and there was NO FUSS! The suits were ready on time and there was no unreasonable request to return the hire suits to the shop. All our guests admired the way we looked and I cannot recommend Denis Hope's services any more highly. Parking is free within a five minute walk. I will definitely go back next time I get married.........”
