They truely went out of their way to help me with arranging the gifts for my daughters 30th birthday (Flowers, balloon, chocolates & prossecco) as I live abroad. They altered delivery dates etc. with patience & grace. This is the second time I have used Millers Floral design & I can honestly say they are the best. “The staff here are very helpful, the lady that served me quickly arranged to order in an item that wasn't in stock, offered to gift wrap my purchases for me (at a cost) and she did a great job of the gift wrapping my mum was delighted with the personalised ribbon and it really made her Christmas (more than the perfume I think! ?)”

“After having surgery recently on my back I was worried about lifting 2 items of home ware that I needed. I made my way to the first floor and easlie found the 2 items I needed. I approached a member of staff, I presume he was management as he had a Christmas jumper on instead of the normal green uniform. I informed him of my issue carrying the items. I showed him the items and without any hesitation he carried them downstairs to the checkout for me, waited for my to pay, then proceeded to carry them out to my car for me. His kindness and helpfulness was so appreciated as I had no one else to take and help me. A credit to the Asda Living Team! Visited Dec 23rd, approx 11am”

“went in today for some jeans, found some i liked but wanted in another colour also. they didn’t have the colour on the shelf, i asked a worker if she could check for me, usually they’ll say no or it’s all that’s on the shelf but kayleigh said yes straight away, went and checked and came with multiple sizes for me to try. she had a good attitude and a smile on her face, it was a pleasant interaction. Don’t usually leave reviews but it was one of the best customer service interactions i’ve had in a long time. No huffing no rudeness just helpful and smiley thank you made my night”

“Ordered a Joie 360 I- spin car seat for my gorgeous 6 month old great niece.. I was quite anxious about fitting it right. The young woman who served me at the Oldham store on 22nd August could not have been more helpful. She helped me unpack the car seat and gave me a brilliant demonstration of how it fitted into my car.
She was so professional and knowledgeable and she is such a credit to the Oldham store. I would not hesitate to buy from there again, because of the excellent customer service.

“I Love all Charity shops, I think they do a great job. This one located in Oldham Town centre is great, a five minute walk from the Bus station its central location is Ideal. They have lots of Old and new stuff in the shop, and pleanty of stock. They sell books at very reasonable prices and I only get my books in Charity shops. The Clothes are of a good standard and are always clean and have nothing wrong with them, they stock a good selection of ladies, mens and childrens clothes. A small selction of toys (Mainly babies and board games), Videos and Music. Lots of Bric a Brac at great prices. They have a small selection of jewlery at the till and always sell pin badges, trolly coins and other things that all give money to the charity. At the moment you can buy a Heart and write a message on it to be displayed in the window for valentines day. The staff are always friendly and very helpful.”

“I am a huge fan of River Island and this is probably my favourite branch. It is really light and airy and stocks most ranges. I needed some jeans recently and a member of staff listened to what I wanted and what I didnt want and gave me various pairs to try on. She was very helpful and really friendly. A credit to the store.”

“So I was in Oldham to watch my team Oldham Athletic Vs Barnet FC and needed a tracksuit so I headed into JD Sports on Elk Milll Retail park, Store is very well set out, Huge variety of stock across the board, Store is Spotlessly clean, plenty of staff on hand, Polite and friendly staff, Something for every budget, free parking.

I bought a lovely Under Armour Tracksuit, Under armour T-Shirts and another pair of Under Arnour Tracksuit bottoms.

“It's nowhere near as bad as a lot of these reviews suggest. They usually have what I'm looking for, prices and service are generally okay. The one thing I'm not happy about is the scarcity of the smaller shopping trolleys outside the store - I often have to wait several minutes until one becomes available. This has been an issue for quite a few months now: surely it shouldn't be too difficult for the management to order a couple of dozen more of these things?”
