We attended to get my grandson a riding helmet,the staff were very pleasant and after trying on several different helmets to get the correct fit,we left very happy.

A lack of sizes in children's clothing which was disappointing. My main issue however was with the staff who were rude and uninterested in serving customers. When I eventually asked for help I was met with sour faces, it seemed I had interrupted her trying on coats. Another was slumped behind the till looking miserable.... read full comment
