“Can't thank the staff enough. My daughter only got her new shoes at the start of the academic year and she came home complaining of blisters already.
The staff at Clarks in Rochdale were fantastic, before just selling us a new pair they did some 'problem solving' to find out the issue.
Unfortunately my little girls feet had grown slightly (width ways!) And the style we had originally bought just weren't the right match anymore. Joanne was great, picking us some new styles to try, really taking the time to ensure the fit was perfect before we left the shop. Would 100% recommend. The patience, the professionalism and way they treated my daughter was above and beyond. Thank you !”
