“Fantastic service, suits were of excellent quality and reasonably priced , the customer service received from Adam Warburton and the Bolton team was of such high standards I went back after purchasing suits for groom and 6 members of the grooms party and purchased another suit along with 7 shirts an accessories. Slaters Please do acknowledge the staff at Bolton as they were the non-pushy sales style and advice is the reason I went back to purchase more items and would most definitely recommend to others .”

“The 5 stars are for the shoes and young man who served us, not the whole experience.I took my grandson for his 1st pair of shoes. The member of staff who actually served us was great. He was patient, helpful, and didn't seem to get stressed when baby didn't want to have his feet measured, he couldn't have been any better, just a very nice young man, along with another male member of staff who offered extra help.I had a bit of trouble getting out of the shop. They had a barrier and a lady manning it. For some reason she mustn't have been able to see two adults with a pram waiting to get past her in her peripheral vision, another member of staff shouted her to get her attention, she then moved to the side but didn't move the barrier, when I mentioned I wouldn't be able to get the pram out she moved it a little to give us the smallest space to get out.(I work in retail so I'm always polite to staff as I know how hard it can be when dealing with customers. For some reason she wasn't being helpful at all.)Apart from that, we were very pleased with the service from the 2 young men who served us and the shoes.”

“Plenty choice of restaurants. Wagamama’s especially. Asda supermarket plus a host of other retail stores. Maybe too many bed and furniture stores but good for a ride out”

“Could be bigger wish they could swap places with like the 20 unnecessary furniture shops on the other side that have 2 floors but still has a decent selection saves me time going all the way to bolton prices pretty pricey but it is river island”

“Took my two grandchildren into Clark’s store in Middlebrook. We were served by Ria who was excellent. She listened to the children’s requests and spoke directly to them to answer and reassure them. Ria is a credit to Clark’s.”

“Normally a quieter store but the staff are always great and willing to help. Free parking tin the shopping center car park is free for the first hour. Ladies and child ware is on the ground floor, menswear is on the first floor. Store doesn't always have the full range but they will help you to order anything you want.”

“Went to pick up click and collect. 1st time in this next store. Spacious. Used the convenient self service machine to enter my collection number.. within a couple of minutes a smiley staff member came and handed me it. Was really polite and overall experience very smoooooth”

“I liked the variety but the shoe i was looking for did not find in this store . They got alot of variety though .I think they should make or keep joggers for tennis as well i mean specifically for tennis like you can get for playing football , thoes studded ones .There were quiet people in the store than normal this time . Most were without masks which was surprising as masks are mandatory and this rule was not lifted yet .I was wearing mask for my own safety .But they have some of the variety in men and woman . Some of them were on sale as well. They got puma, fils, addidas, nike etc .Overall you can check this store and check out other stores as well before making your decision or buying a shoe for an awesome price . It's your choice if you wanna buy on sale or for actuall price . ??”

“Went to JD on the weekend and was treated by a young girl who had such good manners. I wish I got her name but she was wearing a headscarf and helped me pick out some comfy trainers as I had no clue which ones to get. Great experience would totally purchase from there again . All staff were lovely and kind. Thankyou .”

“Warm and comfy boots, can‘t understand the negative reviews, natural rubber needs some care once in a while and they will last a long time. My Snowline boots are in their 4th year with occasional care. Best Boots i ever had. Best Regards from Germany!”
