“I took in four pairs of my most well-loved Dr Martens for some long overdue TLC. The heels and insoles needed replacing and they were in a sorry state. However, Jon worked his magic and did an absolutely amazing job and I am so happy with the result. He breathed life back into my shoes and I am delighted to be able to wear them again! The service I received was exemplary- efficient, high quality and extremely personable. I will definitely return for any future repairs and would recommend anyone local to do the same. “I was bought a pair from my partner for Christmas and the quality was awful they started to break apart and I got in touch with sketchers head office they asked me to go into store and get the duty manager to deal with the issue.I went into the trafford center store today and spoke to the duty manager and she was lovely , friendly and helpful and sorted out a new pair for me without any issues.I have used this store before and never had any issues.So from head office to this store was so easy to sort and rectify as a manufacturing fault.Will use this store again such lovely staff”

“Today I have been to river island, the kids section .I have been assisted by Shaun who was absolutely fabulous, he was fast efficient and really helped me to find the specific item I looked for my daughters.He was kind , and very dedicated to his job , being very polite all time even if my toddler was not at her best behaviour. He was tidying , serving, rushing to the cashier and with a lovely smile on his face. This is the kind of employee you want to have in your team. “Bought two decks with applied grip tape. Prompt delivery and great update via email. Grip tape was applied just how I like it, and while this is a minor thing, it was really appreciated so I don’t have to trim anything. Top job. Looking forward to visiting shop next time I hit the big smoke. ?”

Also made some recommendations on ties, shoes and belts to make the outfit perfect. He showed empathy and care to make sure my experience at Next was like my first time being in the store. I couldn’t have asked for a better member of staff to help me today and it is greatly appreciated. You are a true asset to the store Scott and your efforts and excellent level of customer service should not go unnoticed.

Scott was very knowledgable in sizing, fit and style of suit for the occasion I was buying it for. He explained very well the way the length of the suit should fit on my body, how the blazer should be above the cuff of my undershirt and also how the waistcoat should typically be the same size as my blazer. Very insightful and I learned alot from him.

Biny also shared his thoughts and opinions which gave me a new perspective and aided my decision making.

Now it's quite summary and warm so great cotton and other chic materials' dresses, pallazo, shorts, tees, tops and shoes, accessories etc are available. Great designs, great prices. The staff is very amicable and helpful.

They have new lines if designs added and also there are great sales items.
