“Absolutely love the place, I try and get it at least once a week, unfortunately I'm finding myself busier lately though. My visits are always profitable (95% of time anyway), just seem to have higher than usual % payouts.. Or it could just be someone has had bad run prior to me playing a machine.. Never actually won £500 yet, been very close to in accumulated Bank winnings.. Fantastic choice of latest gaming machines and they have not forgotten 'old school' players with keeping few classic Bar X slots too. Always a selection of free drinks & snacks available to playing customers.. Sheltered smoking at rear and customer toilets available.. Finally, it really helps when certain female members of staff (no names mentioned I'm afraid) are highly attractive and love to chat and have good laugh with you, I look forward to that as much as I look forward to actually winning few notes for back pocket too. She went out of her way to help me pick the right shoes for my husband for work and didn’t rush me either so thank you to Melissa for your kindness and help, 5 stars for you! The lady who served me at the till once I picked the right shoes didn’t give off a friendly vibe, no smile, had a face on like she’s forced to work, so customer service is something they need to work on for the other staff working there and I can see this is mentioned in other people’s reviews for JD Rochdale.”
