Went to pick up amazon parcel, male staff taking 10 years trying to find another customers parcel which got lost, they had other staff standing around doing nothing! One even went in back had a nice chat and walked off without even acknowledging us waiting to get given our parcels. Wasted 20 minutes eventually i walked... read full comment

Shopping in this store is such hard work. The isles were all full of stock and not easy to walk around. The self checkout till are NEVER manned. Almost walked out of the store I was waiting so long. In future I’ll just pop to Aldi.
