Had an alert that my Nectar card had been used in this store to buy £230 worth of goods. Never been to the store. I was calling them within 4 minutes but they decided to not bother answering (also every Sainsbury's line rang out) allowing the thief to complete the transactions take the goods. Incompetent staff..paid for a TV told collect 9am then 4pm then get refunded and ask to buy again..so money in limbo paid a second time for the same item...told collect at 4pm turned up and told it's not due until tomorrow.. my receipt says otherwise.. largely out of product paying for the same TV twice and still yet to... read full comment

Bought a mini broadband device with Vodafone, 300mbps guaranteed, it's like I time travelled to 2010 with 5mbps, lying about product info, wouldn't recommend
