First time been here needed few things the minutes enter this place staff was helpful asked for customer car park he showed me then the yard staff helped me to find my items also a lady looks like manager approached me if I need help, as well as lady on the till asked other staff to show me again making show I take right stuff! “I have edited my original review. The showroom staff were excellent but sadly after the kitchen had been fitted, things went badly wrong and it took Wickes over 3 years to put them right. Even after a threat of court action they were slow to replace the damaged parts. I found it almost impossible to contact the appropriate people and could not recommend them.”
