Nothing wrong with the stock and actually great value, but customer service is an absolute shambles. 1 person behind the till taking a long time to search for a parcel (whilst there was a growing queue) another staff member ignoring the fact there was a queue and walked off , no communication to cover or anything like that... read full comment
