“Massive shop on two levels, but there is a lift. Escalator also gets you upstairs.We went trainer shopping, and our assistant couldnt have been more helpful. He was polite and went above and beyond with his customer care.I am just so disappointed I didnt see his name, as he made this trip a pleasant one, especially as we were buying trainers for 6 and 9 year old girls !!”

“So I had a problem with an item I bought online. Firstly it was sent to me with one tag on a shoe and the other off the shopfloor. This was exchanged at the Trafford Centre where the staff were wonderful about it and apologetic. Four and a half months later a fault develops and JD Customer services were quick to offer me a refund. So I attended to my local store Woodfields Retail Park, Bury where I cannot fault any of the staff. They may be young, but they were so attentive, helpful and really keen to help me. Thank you to the young gents and ladies there. You should be recognised for your great customer service. A very happy customer. Keep it up ?”

“I come to the Bury store quite often, staff are always pleasant & helpful,at the weekend I bought a pair of walking boots , sadly my first excursion out in them they let water in :( so back to The Bury store I went - apologies & please have a look for an alternative boot or accept a refund , so I have to say a productive & pleasing visit again with this branch , which is always well stocked & a pleasure to visit - tku”
