“Absolute love this Boutique ❤️❤️❤️ All the girls go above and beyond and the customer service is 2nd to none - nothing is too much trouble! Always really lovely to see them for a chat and catch up too. Clothes are gorgeous and just that little bit different - and soooo pleased with my Goodie Bags (they really do try to match the customer). “Scott was fabulous today a real asset to your company. We popped to Millets in Bury - surprised and pleased to see dog friendly and enquired about an item I'd seen at a nearby competitor. Millets didn't have that particular Peter Storm item in store but Scott was great, telling us we could order in store - I assumed it would be deliver to the store but no! Items ordered in store are delivered free of charge to your home! And as a extra bonuses, Millets were cheaper than the competition (even after competition try to sell their £5 members card for a discount!) and have a better Blue Light discount (15% at Millets, only 10% at competition and can't use on all items with their members card!)Scott was very friendly and really helpful. Very pleased I popped in and will happily make Millets my 'go to' place for outdoor items in future!”

“Massive shop on two levels, but there is a lift. Escalator also gets you upstairs.We went trainer shopping, and our assistant couldnt have been more helpful. He was polite and went above and beyond with his customer care.I am just so disappointed I didnt see his name, as he made this trip a pleasant one, especially as we were buying trainers for 6 and 9 year old girls !!”

“Been to this shop in the past before, but this time I decided I wanted to really check out all the smells and find my new best fragrance,

which might I add is very hard, as Im so indecisive and picky! However, the two absolute stars working today, I think one was called Michelle, were absolutely amazing!

They literally went through all the different fragrances, and I mean Aaaall of them!

They could tell what I was after and even let me smell the same fragrance multiple times without getting annoyed at me!

Had a right laugh with them aswell! It made my visit a pleasure and it’s a shame you dont see more happy bubbly people working like this in other shops!

“Went in for a wedding suit and was served by the nicest person called Llewellyn. Honestly he was so helpful and I felt bad cos they were clearly understaffed and some sort of manager kept telling him to do the tills and I kept thinking why couldn't the manager do it. Luckily someone else did eventually come help but Llewellyn throughout was absolutely 5 stars despite seemingly being expected to do the job of 3 people which is out of his control, and sorted me out with measurements and ordered a suit in for me which they didn't have at the shop but I'd seen online. Interesting to see other reviews also mention understaffing!”

“So I had a problem with an item I bought online. Firstly it was sent to me with one tag on a shoe and the other off the shopfloor. This was exchanged at the Trafford Centre where the staff were wonderful about it and apologetic. Four and a half months later a fault develops and JD Customer services were quick to offer me a refund. So I attended to my local store Woodfields Retail Park, Bury where I cannot fault any of the staff. They may be young, but they were so attentive, helpful and really keen to help me. Thank you to the young gents and ladies there. You should be recognised for your great customer service. A very happy customer. Keep it up ?”

“Returning some childrens sandles to Bury branch which were bought for holiday and unfortunately the rope sole came away at the front. I really didn't expect them to do anything about it as I had no receipt but the young lady was extremely helpful found my payment online and gave me a gift card for the full amount. “Just want to say a big thank you to everyone working this evening. Bit of a nightmare with ordering online, it seems as if the orders don’t always like to go through. I would call or email to see if things are confirmed in the future even with an order confirmation, an extra step that shouldn’t have to be taken but not the staff’s fault. We had to wait for our order as it needed to be picked, luckily most of the things they still had/ were substituted for something else. Really appreciate the help and care that went into sorting what could have been a disaster! x”

“I shop here every week and as I have to wait for my daughter to finish shopping I would sit on one of the benches at the tills. These have been removed and there is nowhere for an elderly person to sit and wait. Please return these benches. Everything else is great shopping at asda pilsworth”
