“Came in here a couple of weeks ago to grab some helium balloons for my nephews birthday. No complaints about the store or staff and would recommend to people as their prices are very reasonable.”
“Great service from David Spruce. Purchased a pair of Lunar shoes last year which I have only worn on holiday. Unfortunately the elastic on the strap came away. They were happy to try to repair them even though I didn't have a receipt. The repair didn't work so they replaced the shoes at no cost. Could not be happier. Thank you”

“Great choice of trainers here with many different styles to choose from. I have been in this shop a couple of times and there always seems to be a new range of trainers out. The staff members that I have met all seem to be very polite and happy to help with anything you may have problems with. Only downside is the trainers are a little pricey.”

“Nice store with good staff. Plenty of different products. Woman's section on the ground floor of the store and is quite large. Menswear is improving but quite small in comparison and is upstairs in the store. Homewares and furniture is at the back of the store upstairs.”

“Massive shop on two levels, but there is a lift. Escalator also gets you upstairs.We went trainer shopping, and our assistant couldnt have been more helpful. He was polite and went above and beyond with his customer care.I am just so disappointed I didnt see his name, as he made this trip a pleasant one, especially as we were buying trainers for 6 and 9 year old girls !!”
