“A world away from the terrible service I've had at lloyds pharmacy collier row. Been using day lewis for 3 months now and every time my medication is on time and correct, workers actually have a smile and are happy to help ( unlike lloyds ) and they have an app where you can re order your prescription so no more phone calls needed! Brilliant pharmacy all in all. Highly recommended if you are fed up of lloyds”

“very helpful man today tried his best to find out why my prescription wasn't in. then I had to go back to my gp who I then found out hadn't bothered to tell me that now you have to request yourself you're own prescription 1 week before it's due to run out. only took my GP 4 months to tell me this.”

“One of the employees called Daisy fitted a 24 hour blood pressure monitoring machine this weekend. Throughout the process, she was very professional, courteous and knowledgable explaining how the machine would work and what the next steps would be. I hope the owner recognises her potential because staff like Daisy are far and few between these days.”

Waiting times can be extended but this just shows how popular and necessary this pharmacy is. It's nice to see that independent pharmacies are still managing to compete with 'big pharma' eatablishments. You get a real personal feel when you visit.”

I wanted to provide an update since my previous review. My experience with this pharmacy has improved drastically. The issues I mentioned before are now being managed very well, and I’ve noticed a real effort from the team to make things better. The pharmacists are not only efficient but also proactive, even asking if there’s any additional support they can provide. This has made a huge difference, and I’m really happy with the service now.

Previous review:
Most of the staff here are pleasant. However, the consistent delays in dispensing prescriptions are a major issue, often taking days or even weeks. I frequently have to remind them to order items that are out of stock.

Most concerningly, my premature baby's specialized milk, which is her only option, was delayed for over a week. When I first inquired, I was told it needed to be ordered. A week later, I found out it hadn't even been ordered yet. This negligence significantly impacted my baby's diet for days. This level of service needs serious improvement.”

“I was unable to get a certain drug from our normal pharmacy and telephoned Tesco Pharmacy, I spoke to the Pharmacist who was most helpful, checked and confirmed he had the drug in stock, held it for me until I drove to the Pharmacy, it was waiting for me when I arrived, I cannot praise the service I received any higher they gave the best service I have ever received.
