“Had trouble arranging an appointment pre covid. Kept being moved due to Locums, then lockdown happened. By time I realised they had reopened I had to wait 6 weeks for an appointment. However, they phoned today with a cancellation appointment and was seen a few hours later. The staff are great and couldn't be more helpful. Especially Agnes, the optometrist, who was very good with my daughter and did a very thorough examination.”
