“Maplestead pharmacy is very convenient with good parking and the store has lots of items for sale. the pharmacist is excellent and very helpful and knowledgeable. I like the fact that picking up scripts is a breeze and rarely waiting for five mins for my medications. Would recommend if you're local given the exceptional services and short waiting to collect medicines.”

“Very good Pharmacy never had a problem, got my Covid & Flu Jabs done here at the same time was very quick about a 5 minute wait, thinking of changing my medication to go here as its only a 3-5 minute walk to get here even less on a bike as I'm getting 2 buses atm each week currently to get it so will update at a later date.”

“It's not bad in here but I like to use the other pharmacy on the other wise of the road more as find it gets more busy in this pharmacy, I guess it has something to do with it being so close to the tube station and right next to a bus stop, so sometimes it is busy”

“Step-free and located inside Heathway Shopping Centre. From the main entrance, walk straigh ahead, turn right and it's at the end next door to Poundland. If walking in from the the 2nd entrance furthest away from Dagenham Heathway station, walk straight ahead and Boots is in front of you.Well lit and stocked, and always clean and tidy. The staff are always polite and friendly as well as the Pharmacy's staff.Though this is a fairly small branch, you'll find most of your essentials.As you walk in, the tills are on your right as well as the premium cosmetics and fragrant counter.The pharmacy offers lots of services i.e. prescription service, consultations, vaccinations - see their website for the whole list.”

“Pharmacies don't get much better than this. Within a week of me first visiting them, my terminal/stage 4 Singultus was cured. Ken and his crew, really are miracle workers.However, they'd have got a full-houee of stars from me, but the repeated short-staffing on a Saturday, means I can only give them 4.Nonetheless, bigup Ken, bigup the crew, and a shout-out to the Beacontree massive.”

“such a good pharmacy and the pharmacist is so helpful and will do whatever he can to get you the medication you need when my baby needed steroids for croup the pharmacist called all round till he found the steroid and one of the pharmacy staff went and picked it up over half an hour drive away so amazing and the staff in store are so friendly and helpful if you are a regular customer they remember your name and face they have a lot of different items in stock and if you can not find anything they will order in for you no problem cannot reccomend this pharmancy enough would give 10 stars if i could”

“This chemist has a complete overall of staff first of all they was a little bit clumsy but I cannot say enough about how efficient they have become they don't shut for lunch anymore and they are even open on Saturdays now they deliver your staff if you cannot get out how completely different experience”

“Have been using this pharmacy for nearly 20 years now and have always found them to go above and beyond in what they do to help. Once, I was running late and a staff member waited outside in the rain after closing time to give me my medication. Another time, the pharmacist quite likely saved my life after examining a small red patch that came up after a biopsy and recommending that I go to the walk-in centre. It turned out to be the very early stages of a nasty infection. The walk-in clinic gave me a letter for A&E to bypass triage, and I ended up being kept in for three nights on IV antibiotics. If I hadn't seen the pharmacist, I would probably have left it as it was only a small, slightly warm red mark.”

“Wait time etc are like any other Chemists... so not sure why peeps complaining. No issues for my several visits. Friendly and helpful staff. Also they prescribed private prescriptions too. And stock meds that are not available elsewhere. Highly recommended!”

“Have not had any problems here. They do cheaper IVF medications compared to most pharmacies. Pharmacists always very informative compared to those in Beckton branch who are absolutely useless and can't even tell me prices of meds or delivery times. Here, they've given the time to go through prices of all medications I have requested and delivery time has always been next day or day after. Very happy. Many thanks.”

“It is one of my go to places for groceries. A very large store, well spaced isles, good signage, and supported by ample parking, car wash, a Timpsons, a petrol station. My interaction with its staff was pretty good. Their hot food section is good and quite affordable.”
