“I came in looking for an ice pack and while I was able to find a reusable ice pack I was more looking for one that was immediate use for my knee. The service was friendly and I was also able to pick up some nail clippers. All in all, the entire visit was a quick in and out, so I'd say it's a great location to stop into if you're looking for a smaller selection of items.”

There people can buy a few popular cosmetics from popular brands, skin care products, hair care products, baby products, etc! “I have never been given bad advice in the 20 years I have used them. Postal deliveries have been prompt. Sometimes there is a longer wait in the pharmacy when they have many customers all needing advice and help. They listen carefully and ask probing questions to determine the most appropriate remedies and are meticulous in their preparation of these. Their booklets are useful (general, for babies, for pets, etc.) and good to buy. Prices are reasonable.”

I was struggling to get my prescription at any pharmacy due to stock issues, and the lady at this store was the only one out of all the places I tried to get it to offer to order it in for me from a specialist supplier. “I am very happy with online process and outcome for this service. It was clear and detailed and reasonably easy to use for non technical person like me. The only difficulty was taking the pictures and setting it up in sequence quickly enough for time allowed. I had to get my husband to help with that part and we had to practice multiple times but got there in the end. It isn’t too difficult to use but I found the timing allowed not enough, but that’s a reflection of my poor technical and hand eye skills, not the system. I would say use lots of practice time before going live. Once we conquered that everything was smooth and very efficient including delivery of medication. I would certainly recommend as I feel the reputation and accessibility is excellent and I would always use well known brand rather than company I know very little about. I wii happily continue to use this service.”
