AlthoughManagement I think could use a refresher course on how to speak to colleagues & customers, refused service for an item (apparently removed but had a full shelf of them) and when said colleague called over management I was shocked by her whole demeanour, straggly dressed, annoyed look on her face, "bowled around like she owned the place" then just proceeded to say "it says we're not selling, so we're not selling it", but it was the whole over tone and demeanour that got me, and a few of the other customers agreed ?I'm a an easy going person and never cause a fuss, but she really got to me ?”
