I have been here twice , they have very bad experience with customers. I think they should need more training to deal with customers

Terrible customer services. Lazy staff you “dared” to interrupt by your silly questions. I wanted to open a saving account, no proper explanation provided over the phone or in person. Staff was annoyed by questions.You don’t care about new customers do you? Will never come back.

Mainly writing a review to let people know the bank is definitely open. Some of the other banks have been closed/ their hours on Google were incorrect, which is not the case for this Wimbledon branch. It felt COVID-secure with the staff wearing masks, hand sanitizer provided and social distancing.
