“Mainly writing a review to let people know the bank is definitely open. Some of the other banks have been closed/ their hours on Google were incorrect, which is not the case for this Wimbledon branch. It felt COVID-secure with the staff wearing masks, hand sanitizer provided and social distancing.”

“Had the best customer service experience in HSBC Wimbledon today from Teddy. My account was having issues with transferring money and I needed to urgently transfer a deposit for a flat. Teddy took my matter seriously which I really appreciated and was very kind and patient. He spent the best part of half an hour helping me fix my account and was just in general a very lovely person. “Best place to process your returns. I have no issue or problem returning from them my amazon returns.They are friendly, patient, and knowledgeable in what they are doing. I had bad experiences on other places not being able to answer my questions and just straight rude.But this place, really help you through the whole process. If you need to print a label they have the facility to print it out and stick it on the parcel. A definite must try if you haven't used their return service. They evem offer all kinds of stationary goods, food, and other items to help you out.”
