“Writing as I found. I was first through the door. I have been with HSBC in UK, Guernsey and Hong Kong since 17 April 1955.I was dealt with promptly. Gilberto was courteous, knowledgeable, and patient. Five Stars from me, but 18 minutes after opening a queue of eleven people had built up!More evidence if more was needed, that the Canary Wharf bosses are simply not interested in retail customers. They close branches and do not staff remaining branches adequately. 'They' blame online banking, but in reality the problem for 'them' is us!”
