“Just before Christmas I went in to this my local barclays and joined the Q. A few people waiting but we chatted and found a few things to laugh about and then I was approached by Tricia (barclays staff) and asked how they could help. I had received letters from Barclays saying they were going to review the overdraft facilities on a couple of accounts and this had sent me into a tail spin...I needed to speak with someone not a Chatbot or other scenario....but talk to a real person.Tricia listened and explained seeing someone would take some time...not a problem....so I then chatted with Noor ( barclays staff ) and arranged to join the Q to speak with someone. So found a chair and chatted with others waiting .... and incredibly it seemed in no time at all I was invited into a room by Peter ( I believe his name was and apologises if I got that wrong ) for a chat about my concerns. We spoke at length and I was put at ease and reassured by Peter and also he was able to explain the situation to my satisfaction and consequently I left in a very positive frame of mind. “Best branch in south london by far. I came in with a very complex enquiry as I recently won a lot of money. I was greeted by vish who was extremely polite and helpful and got me seen by the manager within minutes. I spoke to Nadia the bank manager and was informed if I ever needed anything as a bank managers customer I could always rely on the tooting branch. I was also referred to the banking consultant Numayr who was an amazing help so professional and helpful and had excellent service and I was seen as wanted when they did me a referal.
