“I am one of the regular patients at the Jade Pharmacy in Heston. They always provide quality service to me whenever I need my medication. Therefore, I would like to express my gratitude for the lovely manager there Kay Dhillon who has been so helpful every time I needed something. She is the best manager ever. We need more women like her in these positions.Also, a male dispenser named Maheesh (if I’m not wrong) helped me once which I still remember. It is one funny story to tell but I needed some medication and I did not have my card with me. So, I said I don’t have money with me. And I gave him £10 for my first prescription and the price of the prescription is £9.65. When I said that, he looked at my face and gave me a whole £1 back. This was a very sweet and sincere gesture. You have to check.Secondly very bad answering the phone service, after good 20 minutes they ask you to leave a message and you get cut off. “This review is regarding Jill Who works at Jade pharmacy on Vicarage Farm Road, my father was terminated ill, and every single time me or any of my sisters went into the pharmacy to pick up his prescription Jill made everything easy as she is just brilliant. she is the best technician the most helpful, and super empathetic understanding. If we needed a prescription for my father, she would help to get the prescription right away to the correct address hasslefree. She is a godsend, she is not only the most experienced bur also a very friendly face that you can speak to an open up to. “This is a really excellent chemist's. The proprietor is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and understands the meaning of customer service. What is more, he is able to fulfil NHS prescriptions where the suppliers of other pharmacies flounder. “Visited around midday on a Wednesday in early May. Decent enough Boots shop. Had what I thought was a pretty good range of items in their meal deal, and at something like £4.19 it seemed like quite a good option for an inexpensive meal in an airport. The checkout area is a little cramped. Otherwise no complaints really. I’d definitely come back here for a meal deal or if I needed some basic toiletries.”
