Absolutely brilliant customer service.And not to forget the Pharmacist himself. Legend.The only issue is when you ring them you have to press 1 2 3 and then your call gets answered.”

“Found out that my colestrol reading was very high 7,thanks to Puri Pharmacies free test I felt encouraged to have the test done. I changed my diet immediately, cut out cheese and butter and introduced my beans, salads, fruits and water to my diet , I managed to nearly half the reading to 3.9 with in 2 weeks, I feel better and have more energy thanks to Puri Pharmacy initiative. “I am usually (and sadly) very aprenhensive of visiting new businesses because I am a user of an assistance dog. I am glad to report that Gill Chemists staff was welcoming, I was no treated differently to clients who are non-assistance dog users. I was relieved that i was not shouted at upon entering the business (typically, i am shouted at "no dogs!"). I am yet to have more interactions with this pharmacy and i am hopeful thay they will be positive, inclusive and respectful as today. Will update here if not.”

“I would like to give many thanks to the guys in pharmacy for staying open till late. Last night my baby daughter suffered from high fever. This pharmacy was only one open after 11:00 PM. Thanks to late close I was able to get necessary medicine for my little angel. “I have been taking medicine from them for two years, they are polite and prompt, they are much better than other employees from other neighboring pharmacies in Southall, and they have good prices, lower than in other pharmacies, two years ago I urgently needed help, I I had a crisis with ventricular fibrillation, I didn't know anyone, I was new here, I asked for help at a neighboring pharmacy in King Street, and they didn't help at all, they didn't even want to call an ambulance for me, but the people at the pharmacy cheema, especially the senior staff, responded quickly and promptly, with help, congratulations”

If ask something from them about medicine, then the answer is , I think it’s this way but they are not sure and their I think is most of time us wrong .
