“So my dad has meds in dosed boxes delivered to my house every month. The chemist I was using down Long Lane were so bad. Every month I was having to chase where his meds had gone, they’d delivered to the wrong address, the delivery driver hadn’t delivered and left them in the van, they weren’t ready, I got every excuse. This went on for years. (And to add that the woman was so rude to everyone, staff as well as customers) I finally changed the chemist (I didn’t know you could change) to my local one. Barra Hall Vantage Chemist, and the difference is night and day! Delivered a week early, because of the new year I’m assuming, all sorted without even a phone call! So impressed as it’s another thing less to stress about! They’re always so lovely and friendly, and help every way they can! Thank god for vantage chemist and all the lovely people working there! I trust these guys more than my GP!”

“Prescribed medications by my Hospital Specialists which left me suffering all manner of side effects but most concerning was severely raised multiple B/P readings (given that I have always registered low B/P readings). Thus, to continue with the prescribed much needed medications, I had to be hooked up to a 24hr B/P for safety reasons. Medics Pharmacy managed this whole process smoothly, professionally and timely. They further analysed all the readings and explained them to me in lay terms and then forwarded them to my GP & Hospital Consultants too, so they will be in the loop and can thus advice & make better medical decisions for me, going forward.Greatly appreciated Medics Pharmacy going that extra mile to kindly assist me as it's been a worrying time for us. 1st time having met or used their service and I can assure you that to me they are simply caring and brilliant. “Absolutely lovely staff here ! I’m not a fan of going to the pharmacy usually because I am old and I feel like no one listens to me. But the young ladies who work here are so kind and respectful and they answer all my questions without making me feel silly ! The pharmacy is always running well and it’s always clean, these days some stores lack decent hygiene but not McParland ! Everything is spick and span and my prescription is always ready when I need it. Thank you again to the lovely staff, see you next time !!”

“KEY NOTE TO ALL:Based on Google timing, last Thursday I went to this pharmacy by 6.05 pm and the pharmacy was closed when I checked with the security staff she said the pharmacy will close at 6 PM. So the timing specified in Google 6.30 on Thursday is Wrong, if you plan to visit this pharmacy after 6 pm please check before you visit.Recently I started to get my prescribed medicines here. Kind staff and clean place. I will keep continue to buy medicines from here.”

“Best pharmacy in town. My family is registered with Hayes medical centre and this pharmacy is right next to it, which is so handy to collect the medication. Staff is very friendly and respectful all the times, there is always someone to look after you even they look very busy all the time.Initially used for my daughter but after my son born in early 2020 I use this pharmacy a lot because of his allergies. New procedure we need to email GP and they send the prescription directly to pharmacy. I phone them to confirm before I go and staff on the phone is so polite. Prescription is perfectly labelled and just follow the instructions. All is well.”

“I share positive experience with SAM at Tesco Pharmacy! He is a credit to Tesco's - let alone the Pharmacy department.I went to Pharmacy to enquire if I could get a Blistex cream that I was unable to find on the shelf in main store.A lady appeared at the counter after some time - myself and 3 other customers were waiting a good while.I shared with the lady what I was looking for - the conversation quickly became intense and uncomfortable!! The lady let me know this cream is no longer produced. I asked for an alternative and she became extremely difficult by not "understanding" - lady had me just about exposing myself in front of everyone. (Shame on her!)SAM - who was at the back hearing this conversation between myself and the lady, came out to the front and offered me an alternative that I had requested then served me to pay.I left there well shell shocked and feel much appreciated by SAM for stepping in.Thank you SAM!”

I've been in before upset about my health issues, the young Indian girl took me in the back room spoke with me made me feel much better. She didn't just let me leave upset. The European women has been there years I feel bad ive forgotten her name but she's always happy to see me. I cant fault them for anything.”
