Frequently awful customer service. A few gems in an otherwise poor store. Regular low stock in key areas, scales always broken and the self checkout attendants regularly absent

Wanted milk which was empty , so I asked one of the lady to get it for me from third stock room but this lady hamisini said there wasn’t no milk , which is obvious to hear
