Absolutely the workst asda ive ever visited. Staff doesnt help during check out process if there is an issue and the parking, it's even bad. Even though we have paid for parking. The ticket wasn't being validated. And we had to go back and they charged us extra again!!!!. Its an absolute scam. I would rather travel far and get my groceries than being humiliated like this ever again!!!

I went grocery shopping today and, at first, everything was fine. We were asked for our ID for drinks, which is normal. However, when we approached a staff member named Madhavi for help, the experience was very disappointing.
The store wasn?t busy at all, yet she seemed annoyed and uninterested in assisting us. She gave us unfriendly facial expressions, as if we were bothering her. It honestly felt like she was irritated to even be helping customers. I don?t understand why someone with that attitude would work in customer service.
I left the store feeling unwelcome and unhappy with the service. This is not the experience I expect when shopping here.

This shop has gone downhill ... Fast. Rude security, machines not working as intended. Better to have big TESCO here than Asda

I went to buy some stuff at Asda located at Hounslow Central today on 8th August. I needed help while checking out. A lady came to help me but she literally said ?oh my Jesus Christ? with so much of disgust on my face. I felt stupid and really bad. I don?t know how Asda is hiring its employee. If they are even aware about customer service. I don?t know her name. But the lady with short hair and a lot of arrogance. I would think twice before going to Asda again .

Very bad behavior here I was gone today with my son and I did self check items my bills The bills is 13:50 and I did paid with cash and left just 2 pounds I did again putt two pounds but machine is not showing then I said the staff and she lady called the security the security said your son was took the money from machine my son hand just 2 pence I saw already after that I said why you making issues I am regular customer why I will do like just for 2 pounds it?s not big problem there is machine problem it?s happened with me second time I will give you two pounds then I did pay again two pounds.

Came first time parked , did shopping , showed receipts got parking card approved 10 minutes before . Went to car park was in queue to exit . They said I have exceeded the time . I told them I was in queue it?s just 5 mins over , even airport allows us 10 minutes to exit from car park . Had to spend 30 minutes to explain to this to them . They told me I had registered the car . I told them at entrance I cannot see anything written about it neither on card . They had no common sense or professionalism. They said we have nothing to do with Asda . Just pay . The amount was not the problem but their tone and words were hence I fought back until they let me go .

Asda staff are always on hand to assist where they can, in particular at the self checkout and one particular staff member named Sebastian who is always happy to go the extra mile, I don?t normally do this but he deserves it. Keep up the good work ?

Very Disappointed and frustrated.
I was visited yesterday(father?s day)Asda Hounslow store,we saw an offer on Ferrero chocolate then we decided to buy 30packs, then we ask one of the colleague in Asda. He informed me this offer will last for more than one week.Then we decided to buy on next day(Monday)we visited the store there is no offer . If the guy doesn?t know about offer he can simply say I don?t know. Then I complained about the situation to one of the manager they are ignoring my complaint. So sad to see this kind of behaviour from professional stores.
After all this situation still going to Asda to buy my groceries.

I don't know who the manager in this store is but in the past years r so, the quality & organisation of this store has gone down radically. I purchase most of my stuff for my events at ASDA, and i recently purchased 2 baby chickens £4.99 each . and when i got home to prep the chicken i saw bits of the chicken turned Bluish gree on the bottom of the packaging under side, when displayed a customer cannot see. so i cut of the coloured bits and disposed before cooking the rest, even after cooking , the meat was so stale the I had complains, when I tasted it was ransid, I have a loss because i trusted in your store and product. Shame on ASDA and the store manager, who probably keeps his/her ass on their seat making staff rotas than being on the floor spot checking the quality of the items on their shelves or running the store properly. I'm sure you'll find more spoilt chicken tomorrow (Monday) too on their shelves and there lazy staff wont do anything about it. Someone in the management team has to put in some wisdom into their manager's ass, & get them to train their staff..Pathetic
