“Popped into the pharmacy, having seen the Tympahealth notice in the window, and spoke to a very helpful young lady who explained the whole process to me. I was able to arrange an appoint for the next day, Saturday.I attended on Saturday and was introduced to Nash, the Tympahealth consultant. She explained everything to me and then carried out the procedure on both of my ears and the result was amazing!! I can hear again properly.Nash advised me regarding aftercare and recommendations to prevent any further build up of wax in my ears going forward.I would like to say that the helpfulness of the pharmacy staff and of Nash was fantastic. I would highly recommend this pharmacy for all of anyone's needs.”

“Visited a few weeks ago, shelves were empty, staff not happy, no manager for a while. Went in today and they look like they have a new manager who is really trying to turn the store around. More products on the shelves, happier staff. Only complaint is it's quite dark in there, brighter lights will really help to make the store more welcoming”
