Due to a medication shortage, I was running low on a critical drug and Nima was the only chemist that I could find in the London / Surrey region with any supply. They then ordered the rest of my prescription and Carlton (one of the team) even kindly offered to deliver the items to my house on his way home the following evening. Nima is by far the best pharmacy I have dealt with - their customer service is second to none - thank you to Carlton and the team.”

“Stocks a wide range of products. Staff are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.However, they tend to be more expensive than other retailers. Also, service is sometimes slow (I've noticed other retailers have this in common, and it seems to be linked to cuts in staffing levels)”

“I was waiting in the queue today at a desk that was unmanned I imagine due to staffing pressures. A pleasant clerk came over and asked the man at the front of the queue if he was ok. He went into a vile bilious tirade about having been made to wait on HIS lunch break for 10 whole minutes, and that this lady, whom he had never met and had no idea of her role, needed to ‘sort her staff out’. The clerk remained very pleasant and calm in the face of totally unnecessary aggression from the customer.Being a shop worker is a challenging and draining job. We are lucky to still have high street stores like Boots providing the level of customer service the lady did today. I hope it didn’t ruin her day and that that egotistical old man one day realises the world doesn’t revolve around him.”
