“Pretty standard Boots, got everything you need including prescriptions etc. Hasn't got some of the things bigger Boots shops have like perfume racks but otherwise brilliant. Staff are super friendly as well.”

“I am very surprised by the negative comments. I've been dealing with Springfield Pharmacy for a few years now, the gentleman that I speak to (who I assume is the owner) is very polite and friendly, the service is amazing, my meds are always dispatched the same day! I've always been very pleased with the service they've provided so far.”

“I was waiting in the queue today at a desk that was unmanned I imagine due to staffing pressures. A pleasant clerk came over and asked the man at the front of the queue if he was ok. He went into a vile bilious tirade about having been made to wait on HIS lunch break for 10 whole minutes, and that this lady, whom he had never met and had no idea of her role, needed to ‘sort her staff out’. The clerk remained very pleasant and calm in the face of totally unnecessary aggression from the customer.Being a shop worker is a challenging and draining job. We are lucky to still have high street stores like Boots providing the level of customer service the lady did today. I hope it didn’t ruin her day and that that egotistical old man one day realises the world doesn’t revolve around him.”
