“I booked an ear wax microsuction but when I turned up they said they could do nothing as the wax was too hard and I had to book a second appointment after 5 days of ear drops which they sold me. The second visit, which was half price, worked fine but customers should be aware of the need to use ear drops in advance of any visit to try to avoid the cost of two visits. When you book there is a “read more” link you can click through (which advises the use of olive oil drops) but you don’t go via this link to make a booking and it was something I missed as I suspect others might do as well. There was nothing in the email booking confirmation either but to be fair to Dumlers having spoken to them afterwards they have now agreed to amend this to add a warning about ear drops. Otherwise, I was happy with the service.”
