Extremely disappointing experience. The staff is shockingly rude and shows zero concern for customers. The coffee machine has been out of order for over three weeks and nobody bothers to address it. This hotel is the worst we've stayed in. From the lack of a friendly welcome to the poor breakfast. We were kept waiting to check in, when the staff arrived she was surly and miserable.
