Good Hotel in Edgware on the main road leading straight to Edgware Road and Marble Arch. Good bus links just outside. Only a few mins walk to Edgware Tube station on the Northern line. Rooms are quiet and comfortable. Cleanliness was satisfactory. Reasonable continental breakfast options. Service was a bit hit and miss.... read full comment

If I could, I would give -5 stars for the level of customer service. Where do I start??We arrived at the reception to find it empty. Different members of staff were roaming in the bar area, but nobody cared to come to check us in, despite acknowledging our presence. After a while, a guy came and checked us in. On arrival l noted that there were notes on the desk about no air conditioning, the room was hot. The defuser on the tap sprayed sideways. Service was polite and rooms were clean.
