No breakfast when we arrived for breakfast on time.
Manager was rude and aragant.
Did not sleep well due to noise from upstairs

This hotel exceeded my expectation.
Room lovely and cosy, quiet and comfortable bed.
The staff are lovely friendly.
The duty manager Siraj was extremely helpful and polite.
I've booked another stay for next month which I'm looking forward.

Very comfortable night. Excellent family room and great breakfast.

Room is OK, but overall this hotel is a rip off. Poor quality customer service, staff look miserable. You have to pay for proper WiFi, no regular cleaning of room and even when you do ask for it to be cleaned it's just OK. The worst part is the extortionate parking charges. You have to pay every time you leave the car park. So if you are staying for a while and driving out more than once - get ready to pay ridiculous prices (even for London!)

The rooms are old and tired, the furniture is in disrepair, certainly not value for money, probably on worth about £80 maximum for a nights stay
We had no choice but to stay, as we finished work late and hadn't booked anywhere
We have stayed in Premier inn's before and had similar experiences and issues
They are currently too overpriced for the standard they provide
Nearby activities: A described below
Walkability: Easy walk to domino's pizza
And other local pubs

Parking charges are horrendous. Park elsewhere at nearby shopping centre. Got charged £7.50 for 45 mins

Due to the location they have to charge for parking. I went and stayed for the weekend expecting to pay for two days... I ended up paying every time I went in and out of the car park. Better to find a side road and walk!
Noteworthy details: Parking is rubbish! Better to park on the side roads and walk!

Terrible staff not interested in you what so ever. At least make an effort even if you hate your job! Or get a new one

We had an issue with the AC but it was fixed promptly. The rooms are much like any other Premier Inn , comfy and clean. The breakfast was a bit of a let down compared to other Premier Inns we've stayed at.

Spent a week here and would have to say that it was actually a good experience. The room was clean and comfortable. The basic free internet was very good and I managed to connect all my devices to it with no problem. The bed and pillows were very comfortable too. The only problem I had was that the lighting in the room was not enough to work at the desk in the room. I would have liked to have some extra lighting in or around the desk in the room. Also, I'm not sure if it is just this place or the UK in general but their bath tubs are very high and I was left worried entering and exiting the tub that I don't slip and fall. I would like to see tubs that are not as tall and or a handrail to allow you to get in and out safely.
Update: I spent another 9 days here and was impressed with the quality, service and hospitality. The room was very comfortable and clean, and although I had issues with the AC, they had a technician come in and service it and got it back to excellent condition!
The location of this Premier Inn is perfect with tube station only fife minutes away and there are atleast fifteen restaurants walking distance, not to mention grocery stores and a decent mall.
I'd definitely recommend this location to anyone who needs a nice place to stay.
Rooms: Clean and modern with TV that allows you to plug your computer into it or stream from device wirelessly.
Nearby activities: Lots of shopping opportunities nearby as well as on bus routes and tube stations nearby.
Safety: Safe place with no concerns
Walkability: Lots of amenities nearby in a 5 to 15 minutes walking distance
Food and drinks: Great restaurant attached to this hotel on the main floor for daily meals including breakfast

The shower was a bit crap. The flow was too close to the wall and there wasn't a hand-held head, just the up high cascade shower. The hotel location was spot on and parking available. The reception staff and the manager were absolutely lovely, really helpful and generally lovely people. The down votes are for the restaurant, unfortunately
Food and drinks: I ordered the GF prawn cocktail, repeated myself several times that it needed to be gluten free and they still brought me normal bread, luckily I asked again if it was gf and they took the bread away, they did get me the gluten free bread... eventually, but I'd already almost finished my prawns, then they tried to take my plate away before I was able to eat the bread(used it to mop up the sauce). We both had the steak. It said it came with a large flat mushroom. No mushroom came. We had to ask the waiter and he bought us a bowl of small mushrooms. I'm glad it was sorted, but for the money we paid we would have expected to get the whole meal without having to push for it.

Stayed here a few times because it is only a short walk to the underground into London. Sadly that's really all the hotel has going for it. Dismissive staff, hit and miss breakfast and poorly looked after rooms. If you have a car make sure you get the code to get a discount on the pricey parking

Our scores would have been 5 star all round. Except for one serious matter. The fire alarm went off at about 04.30. Fortunately, it was a false alarm. Only for it to go off again a little later. Again a false alarm. At no point were we contacted by a member of staff during the night to inform us that it was a real fire alarm. Or a real fire. Upon approaching a member of staff at breakfast. We were told that it was a faulty alarm. And they apologised. I asked if there was a procedure in place for this type of event. I was told no. I find it very hard to believe that Premier Inn's do not have a procedure in place for this type of event. Perhaps additional staff training is required.

The staff were very nice but because they seemed to be only allowed to do certain jobs service was slow

I don't normally leave reviews unless I'm impressed with a place but I have to mention this hotel as it was a mixed bag to say the least.
First the positives, the room was big and airy with good air-con and the breakfast was fantastic.
Now the negative, the check in receptionist was the most surly, unfriendly and uncommunicative host we have ever experienced after 40 odd years of visiting hotels......he just stared at his computer tip tapping away without a welcome or a smile or a hello. He took forever to even acknowledge us and we'd already booked and paid in advance so how hard can it be to hand over a key to a tired family at 9pm at night......Comparing this employee to the super happy, friendly and chatty man who seated us at breakfast was like polar opposites, that chap deserves a raise!
Location is perfect for the tube into London.
