“Premier Inn is like every other, pretty standard. The building layout is baizarre and complicated, but there are signs. Breakfast was great, as always. Lost a star all around for Windows not shutting fully, the bar closes at 21:00(!!!!) And the car park is very tight and awkward to manoeuvre.”

“We stayed here to see Coldplay at Wembley. The hotel was nice and reasonably priced. Breakfast could be improved but the staff were brilliant and friendly. A really good option for someone looking for cost effective accommodation in Harrow”

“Extremely disappointing experience.
The staff is shockingly rude and shows zero concern for customers. The coffee machine has been out of order for over three weeks and nobody bothers to address it. When raised, the staff’s attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. To make matters worse, the dinner served was uncooked with raw vegetables – completely unacceptable for any restaurant/hotel.

This place clearly has no respect for customer service or basic quality standards. Strongly recommend avoiding until they seriously improve their management and staff behavior.”

“Quite a spacious view, facing a massive lean-to roof and some high rise appartment blocks, on the map it's due Northeast, the bit in between Travelodge and London Road. The room was unusually big for a standard double, it would be big enough to be filled as a family room.”
