Terrible service ! Waiting to collect my order for 40 min and they couldn’t find it . Asked to speak with the store manager and she wasn’t much helpful .They said they don’t know where the parcel is and can give me refund !!! Just ridiculous

Customer services is absolutely bad ! Returned a couple of things ordered online, approached the upstairs till, No greetings just Empty your bag is like being a very communist country! Queued for a while at the desk as there was only one cashier and she was tied up with a very long return, due to the customer being awkward, so the line got quite long (people were getting a bit agitated) with no extra staff around to help.
