The entire team, including Sameena, Nicoleta, and Ana-Maria, were warm, welcoming, and truly client-focused. “I went to this shop with my girlfriend during a holiday in London. The venue is located inside the London Factory Outlet located next to Wembley Stadium. The interior is large and displays many items of sports clothing and shoes. There is no shortage of football team shirts, uniforms and balls. Prices are already very affordable throughout the year but in the sales seasons you can find real bargains, managing to buy items at almost negligible prices.”

“H&M kids has loads of items and fairly big store. They have baby clothes,shoes to 14+ years old clothes and shoes. They also have really good deals so take your time and shop around. Handbags, costumes, jeans, hair accessories, trainers, hats to seasonal items are all on display. It is right opposite h&m adults.”

“the best experience here! the digital print out machine was out of paper and the staff all made their best efforts to fix it, but unfortunately it was a bit complex but one of the lovely colleagues suggested i went over to st david’s boots to try their and offered me a refund, much to my surprise as i was walking over to st david’s, one of the guys who was helping to fix the machine had ran my photo over there and walked me over to the store, honestly so so happy and thankful, i didn’t catch your names but thank you for going above and beyond ❤️”

“Had 2 collections and one return in store, all went fine. The wait for collection is quite long and the returns process is also quite slow but otherwise no issues. Most of the staff seem like they don't want to be there. The store has limited stock so I've never found anything I liked when browsing while waiting to pick up my parcel.”
