“I absolutely loved my experience at the Perfume Shop in St Ann’s. The two lovely assistants today really was wonderful today. Jan helped me to find wonderful gift for my friend and loved customer service from both Jan and Sonia (Sunday 26th March 2023 Staff) Makes a lovely change from other perfume shop which was always greeted rudely in past. Will definitely come to this store from now on.”
“Great shop with good deals. Most sizes are available but during busy seasons there can be long queues to get in. The price of certain items is usually lower than the label when you get to the till so worth a shop.”

“Had 2 collections and one return in store, all went fine. The wait for collection is quite long and the returns process is also quite slow but otherwise no issues. Most of the staff seem like they don't want to be there. The store has limited stock so I've never found anything I liked when browsing while waiting to pick up my parcel.”
