“I was served by a staff member from the Uxbridge store who’s called zohara, I was very impressed by the service she gave me. She was so helpful and knowledgeable she certainly knows her stuff when it comes to recommending the right correct perfume/gift. I was impressed how fast she wrapped all my gifts and made sure she did a perfect job with the wrapping! She also made me laugh so much and that’s what you call one off kind off service, wasn’t just a service with a smile but she has so much more to offer. She’s polite and kind with all her customers as many were just simply waiting for her to serve them. Would definitely recommend this branch over the rest”

“Some time ago I bought some discounted jewellery from another branch (Oxford Street I think). I was impressed with the price and the jewellery design had a very special look of bling about it.I also had purchased a pair of jet black Crew trainers with a piece of gold bling on each heel from the Liverpool branch.( they really shone in the dark)My last visit to the Chimes branch was to try on a pair of trousers. The trousers were okay but I didn't purchase them because I wanted to browse some additional stores. To see what else was on offer. I eventually found an alternative pair of trousers with a two tone black and grey design,zipped pockets and weather proof.”

“I am always impressed with what they are doing.The staff are always friendly and helpful. They always have items of clothing and accessories for sale at generously reduced prices. So if you are lucky you will always be able to find a bargain in the store. A lot of their items are casual wear (jeans and t.shirts) . But I think that the company probably achieve a very competitive financial turnover. Judging by the length of the queues waiting to spend money on the good quality items on sale in the numerous shops strategically located not just in and around London but countrywide in the UK. Although the shops are mainly women's wear and men's wear. They also have departments for; children, health and beauty products, mobile phone accessories,home wear products, luggage and bags, jewellery”

I was in the shop at the same time and overheard most of the conversation taking place at the counter. The person speaking to Tic offered to have the item of jewellery authenticated for him, it seemed that he was not happy with that.I have purchased many items of jewellery from this shop and have always found them to be genuine. “The shop was tidy, range could be bigger. I was shopping for some boots and socks, but struggled with the selection as it was only very few to choose from. Had to wait around 10 min at the till as it was only 1 person serving while a lady in front of me kept going backwards and forwards to get more stuff to the shop floor. “A splendid shop with very helpful and friendly staff. My favourite sports store. The company has numerous other branches strategically located around London and many other English Towns. So you will always be near a Sports Direct Store. The shop in Uxbridge is situated on first and second floors. With two escalators for entrance and exit. And another escalator for the second floor. The shop specialises in sports clothing and accessories for men, women and children. They have recently redecorated the fitting rooms and altered from two small rooms to one large room. So if you are XX Large and above ( like me) then you must try the new fitting room. I have most recently purchased a pair of jeans (Air Walk) which are a unique design that are quite difficult to find. Luckily although the shop have only a few pairs on their shelves. I was able to find the right size. The jeans were on offer for a sale price of 50% discount. The good thing with a lot of their items is that they are often very generously discounted at around 50%.”
