“The shopping experince is always quite daunting at TK, especially if looking for clothes. I went in neighboring Next, sports direct looking for a black long sleeve polo. With no such luck with colour and size options I visited TK instead. After much searching and patience, I eventually found my item. I was over the moon, took me a while but I got what I wanted.”

“It is a lovely new store,it is so much better than the old TK MAXX in the Pavillions. It is a bright and airy store with a nice colour scheme. The store has a lot of stock. The Easter stock is amazing. It is an amazing addition to the Chimes.”

“The clothes quality is fantastic, customer service is good but the price too high plus it would be nice if the store offered like store cards where customers can pay monthly with expensive clothes like that is hard to pay cash if you want buy more than few items but other than that am pleased with this store yourscthing👍🏻”

“I went into this shop to look for some second hand DVDS. A few weeks ago I made a donation of a bag of DVDS to the West Drayton branch of Oxfam. Hopefully they will be popular with their customers.A lot of the second hand DVDS are a bit old but are quite cheap. If you search through the shelves you can often find a good bargain or two.The staff were friendly and helpful.”

“I rarely write reviews, but on this occasion I felt compelled to do so after reading the review left by Tic. I was in the shop at the same time and overheard most of the conversation taking place at the counter. The person speaking to Tic offered to have the item of jewellery authenticated for him, it seemed that he was not happy with that.I have purchased many items of jewellery from this shop and have always found them to be genuine. I think that before someone accuses a shop of selling fake gold they should be absolutely certain that they are correct. Great shop and friendly staff.”

“I was served by a staff member from the Uxbridge store who’s called zohara, I was very impressed by the service she gave me. She was so helpful and knowledgeable she certainly knows her stuff when it comes to recommending the right correct perfume/gift.
