I called this store 3 times during the week as I wanted to rent a suit, no answer each time I called.Today I actually went to visit the Harrow store. I walked in and could see a tall black woman at the back of the store, I looked around for quite a while and was expecting her to come over and offer some help, it never happened.... read full comment
