I went in today to collect something for my dad.
There was one member of staff there and after waiting by the main till for 5 minutes I had to approach her for help myself.
She was rude and unhelpful from beginning to end. No smile, no hello, or how can i help?. She just said she was the only person there and I would have to come back in an hour if i wanted to be served. Great customer service.
After offering no help and speaking to me rudely I asked her for her name to which she replied it?s company policy not to give out names, I then asked for the mangers name and again she said no. However, when I spoke to customer support to report the issue they said that is not true.
If you see a customer walk in the first thing you do is acknowledge them. If you are busy, let them know and explain that you?ll be with them as soon as you?re able to.
You do not wait for them to approach you so that you can speak to them rudely, complain that the shop is understaffed and tell them to come back.
To be honest I?m not sure what to expect from someone wearing trainers and music speakers whilst at work especially at a shop like this.
Do better Moss Bros. The staff here are a let down to your customers and brand.

Tee provided excellent assistance at Moss Bros, offering great information on suits and coats whilst helping me find the right size and measurements. He was patient, kind, and gave helpful suggestions throughout the process.
The other staff members (Jamilia, Jessica, Nahima, Felipe & Tom) were also very helpful, making it a great experience overall. This branch offers excellent service?highly recommend!

Tahir is a quality member of staff and I hope the company recognises him as a valuable asset and makes him management soon. He is warm, professional, welcoming and very competent. I appreciated him providing an honest opinion over the common approach of businesses trying to upsell and provide a service the customer does not really need. happy to make this branch my new regular from now on as long as he is still working there.

My experience at Moss Bros Harrow has been nothing less than perfect. Colleague Filipe was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He made the process of purchasing a suit so smooth. Great service!! I will definitely be recommending this branch to all.

Good selection of suits, but what really stood out was Filipe?s exceptional customer service. He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and offered great suggestions that made the whole experience enjoyable. Would definitely recommend thanks to his help

I came into the store to make a quick purchase and The sales associate that was there I didn?t get her name but she was alone on the shop floor and dealing with multiple clients she helped me allot although she was dealing with others she she done a great job I was loooking for a suit for a wedding that i have to attend on the weekend and a interview i had on the day she selected the perfect items hats off to her ?

I've visited few Moss branches, all had nice staffs. But this branch have the best staff I've seen so far. They're so kind, helpful, and professional.

Awful customer service. Paid £80 for an item, which halved in price to £40. Refused to provide difference even though jacket was unopened/with label and used to be a loyal customer! Referred to customer service who also refused! Will never shop again!

Great shop but awful customer service. I had ordered a collection for a suit and it came wrinkled in a small shipping bag. It was so wrinkled so my partner asked for an exchange so that he gets a suit that?s not wrinkled and the lady with the headband ( I think her name is jemilia) said no, he asked for a bag and she said she charges £7.50 for a bag. After spending so much on a suit, now we have to go get it dry cleaned because they can?t even deliver a suit properly or exchange it to a suit that?s been ironed. Im just disappointed in the lack of warmth and customer service, jemilia is so monotone. There was another Asian lady who was nice though.

I bought two suits from this place , I am very happy with the suits however the person who helped me wasn't very good at noticing the issue with the trouser's length. Luckily for me, I had family checking and informing your staff member to get the correct length. I am also kind of disappointed that your staff didn't care about this. If I spending £200 on a suit I expect staff make sure I am happy with fitting instead she was more interested in making a sale than whether I was happy with the suit . I am also disappointed you charged for a suit bag. If your spending more than £400 in the store, the bag should be free. You lost 2 stars because of this.

Jamilia helped me out so much and found me exactly what I was looking for. If every Moss experience is like the one I?ve had with Jamilia, I would happily shop here every time I need something. Absolute 10/10 service, such a great personality and such a helpful demeanour.
