“Had 2 collections and one return in store, all went fine. The wait for collection is quite long and the returns process is also quite slow but otherwise no issues. Most of the staff seem like they don't want to be there. The store has limited stock so I've never found anything I liked when browsing while waiting to pick up my parcel.”
