Appalling ,no customer service , no sense of urgency , no customer welcome , staff slowly filling shelves whilst customers waiting to be served.\\nIf the woman serving went any slower she would stop.\\nM\\u0026S should spend less on fancy adverts and spend more on teaching their staff that customers pay their wages.

Some pretty stroppy staff, badged staff member named Yvonne, particularly fed up and clearly shows it. I'll go down the road in future.
