“Went in this shop as the premier up the road is a very rude and expensive shop. Went in to grab a couple of drinks as the day was extremely hot. The shop keeper was most welcoming, polite and very helpful. Even told us about an offer on a drink we bought that was 2 for £1. The customer service was real old school style and just awesome. Now I know I can go to a shop and be treated as a respected customer which means I will pop in more often. A+++ service. Thanks.”

“Nice little shop. Packed full of stuff from frozen foods to cleaning products to chocolate peanuts! Always a great selection staff are friendly and store is clean and tidy!Parking outside.Wheelchair access is possible but not perfect! Street outside is quite sloppy and uneven.”
“Staff always friendly. Plenty of choice of stock considering it's a small convenience store. Dearer obviously but it always is outside of large supermarkets. I do suggest a sign be put up to say "NO MASK - NO ENTRY" Poor staff member had to deal with a vile guy without a mask today who wanted serving and wasn't wearing one. Nasty piece of work.”

“My local petrol station for my firms van and BP fuel card. Try to fill up here rather than other BP sites as you don't have to wait while someone goes in to do a weeks shopping and loose the will to live. Saying that though it stocks all the essentials to get you out of trouble.”

“Jamie and laura are two of the best works i have seen in this tesco express. Honestly they are such lovely people and deserve alot of respect. Especially since they work night shifts till very early mornings and have to do and deal with alot. I have had many interactions with them and have helped me a significant amount every time i come in. They deserve alot of admiration for the work they do and the service they provide i haven't seen anything to that standard before, so truly they are one of a kind and deserve more than they get. So jamie and laura i respect to a very high extent.”
“Really friendly staff welcome you when you come in and leave the store, staff have face shields for everyone's protection.This is a slightly larger Sainsbury's local. There is a good range of produce and general groceries. With my favourite bakery area at the back of the store.”

“Quick and convenient for every day essentials. Cheaper than co-op but not as cheap as big supermarkets. Has only four or five car parking spaces and very limited on road parking nearby. It has a couple of self service checkouts. A few reduced fresh goods to be had most evenings also. Don't forget to bring your bags for life.”

“The guy in the previous review is obviously slightly mentally retarded!I've never had anything but prompt and friendly service from anyone who works in this shop. Even to the point that if there is more than two people queueing they call someone to operate the second till!Furthermore I beleive that when the person behind the counter told the person in the previous review that £10 wasn't enough that he may have been joking! He often does this with me when I am purchasing cigarettes or scratchcards! I do however understand that if you have the mental capacity of 4 years old or under you may not be able to comprehend the complexeties of a joke.In summary I conclude that this is a fantastic store with great, friendly customer service as opposed to the robots you get in other stores! Also that maybe you should not take at first glance what you see on Google reviews.”
