Appalling ,no customer service , no sense of urgency , no customer welcome , staff slowly filling shelves whilst customers waiting to be served.\\nIf the woman serving went any slower she would stop.\\nM\\u0026S should spend less on fancy adverts and spend more on teaching their staff that customers pay their wages.

Some pretty stroppy staff, badged staff member named Yvonne, particularly fed up and clearly shows it. I'll go down the road in future.

Wood, coal and kindling all damp, every time. The whole point of these items is that they stay alight to keep you warm. All three are currently on the radiator again so that they serve their purpose. Sort it out please!

I was in the que to pay for my diesel and heard the cashiers talking about the card machines declining cards for no reason.
As I tried to pay with a company car it was declined, the short haired guy was very loud in saying maybe I had no money left on the card and if I had another means to pay, I asked if he could try another card machine as id heard him saying about the faulty machines but was told he can't change them and he'll have to give me a no means to pay notice. I have over £500 on the card and when I came back later all went through. So I was late for work, embarrassed in a shop and called all my management just because the employee in question was rubbish.

Not happy to see an advertising screen on the wall and 3 times while queuing to pat the screen advertised. Threat Theresa May and her photo. Are M&S aware and happy to support such happiness bias political views with customers? Staff attitude was a shrug and manager not interested.
