“Highly recommend Gemma at Dedham Pharmacy for micro suction wax removal.Gemma examined my ears and then explained what was going to happen during the procedure, she also checked continuously throughout making sure I was comfortable during it. I was given good clear explanation of what to do next and when to go back..I left the consulting room with hearing back in both ears and much more comfortablethan when i arrived. Thank you !”

“Absolutely do not recommend this pharmacy due to inadequate customer service training. One member of staff Emily lied about being the manager. Charged an extra £4 as part of my script was delivered on the Friday but should have been delivered with my other 15 items on the Monday. As i pay £40 per year for the service. Also asked for a contact of one the company director's, but just gave me an email address for another member of staff called Natasha Jones.So searched company house to get the name of a genuine CEO. Definitely not to be trusted as was lied too twice. will be complaining to the general pharmaceutical council. still no needle's for his insulin injections due to type 1 diabetes. 17 items per month which they are aware of which obviously is delivered once per month. Have posted this for my son as he doesn't ever use social media.”

“Rang the pharmacy on Friday afternoon to see if they could help with a prescription I needed. Friendly staff member, checked the stock & advised they could help. Got to pharmacy to be met by a friendly, professional member of staff, who got the prescription ready for pharmacist to check off. Whole process took less than 15 minutes, pharmacist even checked I was happy with the fee before charging me. Couldn't fault the service or the staff, really appreciated their help.”

“Great chemists with fantastic helpful staff. They provide a prescription service, health advice from the pharmacist too. Items from nappies to vitamins for old age, they do the lot! It's also a handy place for online orders to be delivered too and you can recieve a text to say your item or prescription is ready for collection. Highly recommended”

“Good small backup chemist for Boots ..where you can order anything if not in store..from bigger store and they will keep it for you for a couple of days..it is a small shop..so you have to think be patient! But staff are good and some knowledgeable of you need advice. !!”

“Very helpful team of staff in the shop floor and pharmacy. A very busy store in both areas, only made clearer by the staff cuts made by the company. I believe they are trying their hardest while being overworked and dealing with impatience and rudeness on a daily basis. Personally never had any issues in the store, I find the staff delightful.”

“This is the best pharmacist I have used in Colchester. Great communication, efficient and good service. I always get a text telling me when my prescriptions are ready to collect, I've never had to queue or wait long and my items are always ready. Faye in particular is an extremely efficient member of staff and she has gone out of her way on a couple of occasions to help me when there has been a query or mix up with my GP's and or prescriptions. I no longer dread going to the pharmacy now! 5 ?”

“You won't beat Claire the pharmist and her team for knowledge and customer service. You can wait sometimes but when ur seen, your treated as an individual and ever left feeling your question hasn't been answered or your needs met.”

“I really like this pharmacy very friendly staff but the reason I've only gave 4 stars is that they don't open on Saturdays which can be very frustrating when trying to pick up important prescriptions. Especially when some people work long hrs on wk days and haven't got time to go pharmacy”
