“Sanjay was wonderful he was very helpful and tried his best while trying to help me get a consultation whilst the pharmacy was busy, i guess since new years they are trying to just catch up on backlog. The reviews kind of concerned but everyone was nice but i can understand the reviews. I would just recommend that in front of patients to not let out frustration, i can understand if you’re tired or frustrated, to not make the environment feel uncomfortable. Sanjay was a great example of staying calm creating a nice environment that i felt comfortable enough to speak to him.”

“I collected my glasses today and had Dorina check them for me. She was Wonderful at my eye test appointment, as was Ajay the optician I saw. Lovely people who are good at their jobs and give their customers time and excellent service. The only shame was waiting 15 minutes to collect the glasses although I’d booked an appointment for it. The air conditioning also made the place freezing on my eye test day which was not v nice!”
