So he kindly shared one from another patient and delivered it to our home address as my husband has had his licence revoked due to illness. We are So grateful. Thankyou”

“I went to the store to have my flu jab. I was a little early. The assistant who I think was Maria was very friendly and helpful to every single person who came into the store. The pharmacist was excellent in giving me the flu jab. I would certainly recommend this store to everyone who lives in Hadleigh and the surrounding area.”

“It's a yes from me!I've only just moved to the area & this pharmacy was recommended to me & I can see why. The staff here helped me to get their app sorted on my phone. It tells me when I need my next prescription. It orders it for me & tells me when I can collect it. None of the flapping around that I used to have, with putting my prescription requests in writing in the doctors post box, phoning the chemist, only to find out that they hadn't been ordered. Rainbow Pharmacy are so much easier, everything is done for you through the app and the staff seem lovely and very helpful. Thanks guys, wish I'd been with you years ago!”

“A small local pharmacy which has a pretty sparsely stocked shop.They always answer the phone when I've called to check if a prescription is in stock, and if it's not they've either offered to get it within a day or two, or told me where I can go to get it nearby.It is a small pharmacy so don't expect them to have every single drug under the sun at their fingertips.They also have to close dispensing when the pharmacist takes their lunch break (by law), so best to avoid 1-2pm or just call ahead, when I've had to pick something up they've told me the times they can't dispense over the phone so I've just made sure that I went around those times.Despite this, I've always found the staff to be polite and friendly, and they've always been super helpful when I've needed advice on anything.”

“Been here few weeks now and staff so friendly and helpful.Came here because last pharmacy m&m was complete nightmare rude unhelpful and kept refusing giving me my tablets so had keep going to my doctors each week to get them to get my tablets. Had problems getting another pharmacy during this lock down then came here so I can do my shopping while my tablets being made up and collect on way out. One lady there who been doing my medication since came she's been great with me and my wife and because I have mental health problems i really can't fault her.”

The two ladies who work here were brilliant and spent time on the phone trying to help me track it down. Absolutely excellent service and so very much appreciated!”

“This Boots store is really big. Has a huge range of different makeup brands from high-end to drugstore brands. The skincare selection is nice and the perfumes smell amazing and they have a big selection of different scents. The Christmas gift boxes and sets are really well thought of and cater to all tastes. There is a second floor for baby essentials. On ground floor there are a wide variety of sanitary and hygiene products for all needs. The meal selection is decent and has a few options to pick from. I highly recommend this store.”

It's a bit pricey, but it's the long hours & convenience you pay for.My real big gripe is that the disabled & children spaces could do with a repaint job.I went today for my covid booster & there's a Range Rover parked in the dissbled space with NO BLUE BADGE! this mskes me so ? ? angry.There's a notice in the window, but who takes notice, no one by the looks of it.”
