“Alberto and his team are amazing. At the top of their job description is Care that’s care for the customer. I have been a customer since his opening eleven and a half years ago. He will go above and beyond to ensure you have what you need. I was always shopping for my wife; For her health condition. This however did not stop him from noticing a change in my demeanour and attitude. It was all to do with the amount of medication I had been prescribed by my Doctor My Doctor would never have noticed my change and today that’s even worse with telephone appointments. Pharmacists and their assistants are more and more important in this modern world because they are on the front line they actually see and speak to the Customer “Patient”. If you mention Spring Road Pharmacy to any one who has had dealings with them, it is always positive. I feel rather pompous saying keep up the good work but please do that. “Normally quick friendly service. Today I arrived about 12:30 pm to pick up a perceptions placed three days earlier. Was told by the assistant it was not ready yet and could I return in 15mins as she would prepare it now. I said that I would return this evening. Returned at 6pm over five hours later and another crew was on duty. I gave my name to the assistant. She went to the back and returned to say it's not ready yet and could I wait 15mins. I explained that I was there earlier and was told it would be ready when I returned. I was pushed for time and said I can't wait and will return tomorrow. At that point the pharmacist Muhammad Alom sarcastically said if you can't wait 15mins what do you expect us to do? We are very busy. This guy clearly has no social skills and should be kept away from the public. His smart a** comment really annoyed me. If he has a bad day he should not take it out on the customer.”

“A small local pharmacy which has a pretty sparsely stocked shop.They always answer the phone when I've called to check if a prescription is in stock, and if it's not they've either offered to get it within a day or two, or told me where I can go to get it nearby.It is a small pharmacy so don't expect them to have every single drug under the sun at their fingertips.They also have to close dispensing when the pharmacist takes their lunch break (by law), so best to avoid 1-2pm or just call ahead, when I've had to pick something up they've told me the times they can't dispense over the phone so I've just made sure that I went around those times.Despite this, I've always found the staff to be polite and friendly, and they've always been super helpful when I've needed advice on anything.”

“I love going in here, I just don’t like how It is so bright the lights could blind you, it’s so white and gives me a headache, not to mention the overpowering smells from all of the perfumes and lotions etc, it’s not a good combo! I think the lights need to be dimmed but apart from that I enjoy my boots trips”

“Been here few weeks now and staff so friendly and helpful.Came here because last pharmacy m&m was complete nightmare rude unhelpful and kept refusing giving me my tablets so had keep going to my doctors each week to get them to get my tablets. Had problems getting another pharmacy during this lock down then came here so I can do my shopping while my tablets being made up and collect on way out. One lady there who been doing my medication since came she's been great with me and my wife and because I have mental health problems i really can't fault her.”
