“I first ordered a private prescription for meds which was a very quick and swift delivery .After seeing simply meds are local to me I decided to join the NHS repeat prescription service 2 days ago as i get free prescriptions. I had a few questions,so I made contact via chat today and was helped straight away by a lovely lady. Also very happy as they stock my thyroid brand and she said she would hold some by for me,which was so good to hear as I'm having issues with another online chemist sending different brand's etc.Then after the online chat ended, I got a call from the lovely lady I was chatting too,saying as I live local to them they won't send it via royal mail, as they have a in house delivery driver who will deliver my prescription personally this evening, which is absolutely amazing! I put my prescription in yesterday, so one day total !! I like to support local company's,so I'm very pleased I changed . “Having spent days trying to get hold of an unlicensed item I had almost given up hope when I stumbled across the details for this pharmacy and gave them a call.After providing the details of what I was looking for they advised that they would need to call their supplier and promised to call me back. 10 minutes later they called back and confirmed that they could indeed get the item but that it would be more cost effective for me to acquire it from another source, which they provided the details for.Excellent customer service, very helpful and cannot recommend them highly enough.”
