“This is quite a hidden gem in the shopping mall. You could very easily miss this due to most of the shops closing down. The store is a bit like the tardis as it's a lot bigger than it seems on the outside. The layout is easy to navigate, and the prices are still excellent.We've always found the staff to be friendly and extremely helpful throughout.Highly recommended”

“We have just been to this central pharmacy for the first time and we’re most impressed with the courtesy and efficiency with which we were treated by both the pharmacist owner and his staff. They booked us in for both Covid and flu jabs by phone and both were done together by the helpful and friendly pharmacist quickly and efficiently. There is parking behind the shop and also across the street and the pharmacy also stocks every day essentials , well done Writttle Road Pharmacy!”

“I was saddened to read some negative reviews about this Local Pharmacy and to those people I would ask them to give it a second chance, nothing is perfect.I use this Pharmacy regulary and see it during both busy and quiet periods of the day.I have found everybody that works here to be both patient and knowledgable when I enquire about my prescriptions.Being hearing impaired I struggle to communicate with many shop assistants, but the staff here put me at ease and are polite and calm when dealing with my needs.My friend Annette and I would be upset if we were to lose this Pharmacy to a big corporate company such as Boots, as we are always welcomed with a smile which we think Boots would not.To end this review I'd like to say again to the posters of the negative review please give this Local Pharmacy a second chance, many places have had to change their set up and routine since the epidemic and I feel that the Lunchtime closing is a much deserved breakin the day for a very busy store.”

“I was in Boots the pharmacy on the Sunday 13th July with an awful wasps sting. I went in to get some cream to treat it as it was getting worse and very sore and painful. The pharmacist Rizwan took one look and told me that I needed antibiotics. He was very professional and treated me straight away. I started taking the antibiotics which solved the problem and was much better within a few days.
Really appreciate all his help and will recommend him to all my friends.
