The staff is also excellent. Super home delivery service too. Highly recommended. “We have used this pharmacy for years. Always knowledgable, helpful and fast. Even when I put in a prescription late, they do whatever they can to ensure I have what I need to cover any gap. Yes they close at lunchtime and Saturday afternoons, which is unusual, but the staff seem happy, it’s a family run business I think, so it makes sense. Once you know the opening hours it is easy to plan around it. A minor thing compared to the high quality service and products. I get my make up and skin care products here too!”

“I visited the branch on Friday 22nd August. I had travelled down from Lincolnshire for my sister's wedding. I had stupidly left my make up bag on my kitchen table, so safe to say I was in a huge panic when I came sprinting into the store. The NO7 lady was the kindest and most helpful person! She used all the products I usually use and did my make up for me and she kept me so calm (I was very shaky and tearful!) A huge thank you for the support and kindness. xxx”

“I went to pick up a private prescription and the pharmacist informed me that the doctor had made a mistake - as this was an emergency on a Saturday the Pharmacist gentleman was so helpful and patient with me while I tried to contact the Doctor's office to rectify the issue.- for 90 minutes back and forth, he even took the phone and tried to explain to doctor the correct way of writing a private prescription - 5 minutes before closing time we managed to sort it out. Thats the kind of behaviour I would expect - serving the community. Thank you.”

“I can honestly say I have had no issues with the current Pharmacy Team they seem happier and less moody.Today a lady was literally shouting at one of the males because he told her to call and order her medication a week before it runs out.He just simply told her to not to shout at him.The surgery actually advised me a month ago to use my NHS patient access or call the pharmacy to order my prescription.Usually I don’t write reviews but,today I feel the need.The pharmacy was busy and I could see all on duty doing their best but,in the world we live in some people just think and feel so entitled.
And to the nice new lady thank you for your kind words.You have wonderful manners.Despite all that was happening you still managed to stay calm and served everyone else politely.You and your team should not let anyone dampen your day.”
